1. Agreement Scope
We sincerely appreciate your choice to partner with us for your cleaning needs. Our aim is to ensure your experience is professional, hassle-free, and tailored to your requirements. Below are the terms governing our services, designed to be clear, fair, and beneficial for all parties.
2. Payments
Invoices are issued on the 23rd of each month, with payment due within seven (7) calendar days. Payment can be made via:
- Bank transfer (details provided in the invoice email)
- Visa/MasterCard (3% surcharge applies)
- Cheque (mail to: [Your Office Address])
All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.
3. Cleaning Materials and Chemicals
KV Cleaning Services provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you require special products (e.g., hypoallergenic or eco-friendly chemicals), please notify us before the first service. Additional fees may apply for specialized materials.
4. Access to Property
Customers must provide access to the property, including areas specified in the service scope, during the scheduled cleaning time. If our team is unable to access the property at the agreed time due to reasons beyond our control, a “Call-Out Fee” equal to 60% of the per-visit rate will apply.
5. Cancellations and Schedule Changes
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled services. Missed appointments without proper notice may incur a Call-Out Fee (60% of the agreed visit price).
6. Engagement of Staff
Our cleaners are highly trained and integral to our success. Customers agree not to directly or indirectly engage any of our staff for cleaning services outside of our agreement during the contract period and for 12 months thereafter. Violations will be treated as a breach of contract.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 15 days. Any outstanding invoices must be settled before the termination date.
8. Entire Agreement
This document outlines the full agreement between KV Cleaning Services and the customer. No other agreements, verbal or written, apply unless expressly incorporated.
