Role Overview

The Team Leader / Site Lead is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of a cleaning team while ensuring all scheduled services are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves supervising cleaners on-site, allocating daily tasks, monitoring productivity, conducting quality checks, and acting as the first point of contact for both team members and clients. You'll work closely with Cleaning Supervisors and Operations Managers to ensure every contract is delivered in accordance with company procedures and client expectations.

In addition to leading the team, you'll continue to perform commercial cleaning duties when required, demonstrating best practices and supporting staff during busy periods. Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Cleaning Team Leader / Site Lead, your responsibilities may include:

Lead and supervise commercial cleaning teams across assigned client sites.

Allocate daily cleaning duties and monitor task completion.

Perform commercial cleaning alongside team members when required.

Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently achieved.
